Payment Methods

For the convenience of users, the website offers the following payment options:

Credit, Debit, or Prepaid Card

Our online store accepts all Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, and Diners cards.
Your transactions in our online store are protected by top-level online security systems (SSL 256-bit encryption and digital certification by cPanel).

For purchases with any type of card, users should follow the instructions provided in the online store (select “Credit, Debit, or Prepaid Card”).
They will be asked to fill out the order form and provide their card number, expiration date, and the three-digit CVV code found on the back of the card.

Bank Deposit

Users can prepay their order by depositing the total amount into the following bank account:

Procedure:

During checkout, select “Direct Bank Transfer” as the preferred payment method.
Deposit the order amount into the above account.
In the reason for payment field, include your order number (ID), which will appear after your order is submitted — this is necessary to avoid any delay in processing your order.
Once the deposit is completed, you must inform the company by sending the bank deposit receipt via email so that your order can be prepared and shipped.

Note:

The order will not be shipped until the payment has been deposited into the company’s account.
In case of payment from another bank, the transfer fees are covered by the customer.
Products are reserved for up to 10 days until payment is completed; afterward, the order is automatically canceled.

Cash on Delivery

Payment upon delivery (Cash on Delivery) is available.
This option applies only within Greece and for orders up to €499.00.
Payment is made in cash at the delivery location indicated by the user.

According to Law 3842/2010, as currently in force, all transactions between private consumers and businesses exceeding €500.00 must be completed exclusively by card or another electronic payment method.

For all cash-on-delivery orders, a telephone confirmation will follow before shipment.
The Cash on Delivery service includes an additional charge of €2.50 (VAT included).
