Product Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product you purchased — and only if the product has not been opened — you must inform us by calling +30 6944410735, +30 6975304325 or emailing market@gleemers-edu.com within 15 days from the date of receipt, and send the product within 3 days after receiving our approval for your request.
The product must be in its original condition, unused, in its original packaging (box and shipping bag), and accompanied by the purchase receipt or any other relevant document. Exchanges will not be accepted without proof of purchase. Products that are damaged, have broken packaging, or missing tags will not be accepted. Products on sale cannot be exchanged or returned.
Shipping costs from the initial order are non-refundable.

Shipping costs for returns are paid by the customer. You may choose any courier company you prefer.

For international orders, the customer covers both the return and the replacement shipping costs, according to the destination country’s standard rates.


Incorrect Shipments
If the product you received does not match your order, please notify us within 5 days of receipt by calling +30 6944410735, +30 6975304325 or emailing market@gleemers-edu.com, and send the product within 5 days after receiving our approval. In this case, the customer will not be charged for the replacement shipping.


Defective Products
All products are carefully checked before shipment to ensure excellent quality. In the rare event that you receive a defective item, please contact us by phone at +30 6944410735, +30 6975304325 or email market@gleemers-edu.com. After informing us, you will receive instructions for the return, replacement, or refund process.
Defective products must be returned via our partner courier (ACS or ELTA Courier) at our expense (receiver pays). If you choose another courier, you will bear the shipping cost.
If replacement is necessary and the product is unavailable, you may choose either a replacement with another item of equal value or a full refund.


Other Reasons for Return
If you wish to return a product for any other reason and do not want a replacement, you must contact us within 5 days of receipt by phone (+30 6944410735, +30 6975304325) or email (market@gleemers-edu.com) and send the product within 7 days after receiving our approval.
Once we receive the item and confirm it is unused and in perfect condition (including its packaging), we will refund the total amount paid (product value plus any shipping fees, if applicable), minus the cash-on-delivery cost (if that was your payment method).
Refunds are made using the same payment method as the original purchase. If payment was made by cash on delivery, you will receive your refund via bank transfer.
For all refunds, you are responsible for the return shipping cost, which will be deducted from the final refund amount credited to your bank account.
